Customer Service Associate
This position is currently open for our headquarters in Newmarket, Ontario. Customer Service Associates are responsible for maintaining relationships with end-users of the health and safety solutions that International Safety Systems Inc. provides.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Providing product and compliance solutions for end-users to drive best practices for healthy and safe work environments using internal resource aides.
- Promotional campaigns through email, phone, and various social media to existing and prospective customers.
- Processing orders and returns, generating quotations, and maintaining and updating a customer database.
- Ensuring an overall positive and outstanding customer experience.
Requirements for the position are:
- A genuine concern for the lives and well-being of Canadian workers, contractors, trades people, and professionals who work in hazardous workspaces.
- Ability to effectively uphold International Safety Systems Inc.'s professional corporate image on behalf of the company.
- Telephone selling experience .
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- A person who is organized, internally driven, goal-oriented, efficient, punctual and reliable, and above all enjoys helping people.
Preferred Skills
- High School and/or Post Secondary Education.
- Various forms of health and safety training.
- Familiarity with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and applications.
- Familiarity and comfort with various online social media.
